Click here to Kim hails from the UK, growing up in a place called Ham on the banks of the River Thames. She lived for around 10 years near Brighton. She moved to new adventures and new bodies of water (fresh, not salty) in Germany in November 2015.
After studying for a degree in Business Studies at what is now Bournemouth University, she settled into a 16 year career within Human Resources. She initially specialised in training and development and rose to Director level, where she worked within several sectors including leisure and tourism, and later within the 3rd Sector (that’s non-profit for the Yanks). After 16 years of hiring and firing for a living she took a different career path, retraining as a dog trainer and behavioural therapist. This took her back to her initial love of training, coupled with her love of dogs. She ran her own business for 14 years, helping owners to understand their dogs better. After being introduced to the wonders of a chemical-free approach to health and nutrition with her dogs, she extended this into her own life, with great results. She was introduced to the world of essential oils when she gatecrashed a meeting, and so began a journey which still shows no signs of slowing. Her interests include listening to music, from classical to cheesy pop. She also loves cinema and live theatre and spending time with her dogs. Kim loves people – talking to them about raw diets for their cats or dogs or whipping out an oil at an appropriate (or inappropriate) time to share with others. The essential oils brought Kim and Sarah together and they joined forces to share them with the people and pets of Germany and beyond.
Kim also attended several training sessions with Young Living's founder, Gary Young, including Raindrop Technique. Kim and Sarah were also privileged to meet Gary and his wife Mary on two occasions.
In 2017 Kim became a certified Aroma Freedom practitioner. Read about AFT here:
